Beyond Savings is a personal financial course designed for home study. It teaches fundamentals of budgets, saving, and investments.

The program was created by Omniscient Productions Inc. of Seattle, Washington, and is now being marketed and developed by its BeyondSavings.com division.

Who is the program for?

Anyone wishing to gain a better background in basic personal finance. It primarily benefits the young and those just starting out, people trying to get out of debt trouble, people left “out of the loop” of financial information, and those suddenly forced to control finances previously handled by someone else.

What does it cover?

The basics of personal finance. It starts with balance sheets, budgets and saving, and moves the viewer toward understanding how investments and securities work.

How long is the program?

There are 3 hours of video lectures. The program is designed as a 14 day course, which allows time to view the tape, take the quizzes and do the homework assignments.

How much is the program?

Beyond Savings carries a suggested retail price of $49.99.

Are other versions planned?

Although we generally do not discuss unannounced products, future programs and add-ons are planned which will enhance your education and use of the product.

How can I buy the program?

The easiest way is directly from the BeyondSavings.com store. Currently Beyond Savings is also available via select resellers, financial planners and accountants. Direct sales and fulfillment is handled by Omniscient Productions Inc., and your credit card will be charged by Omniscient Productions Inc.

Is there any way to try out the program?

We will provide online demos and "mini" courses to provide additional feel for the program in the first half of 2000.
